Children's Discovery Museum on the SaskatchewanMarket Mall on Preston Avenue South
Thanks to the generosity of the Manitoba Children’s Museum and several groups in Saskatoon, the Children’s Discovery Museum has some new exhibits and activities. And we still have our old favourites too, like the Muddy Paws Animal Clinic. Come on in and learn through play! Hours are Monday to Saturday 9:30 – 4 and Sunday noon – 4. Canadian Light Source Public Tours44 Innovation Boulevard - Mondays @ 1:30pm
The Canadian Light Source Inc. currently offer public tours on most Monday afternoons at 1:30pm (except Thanksgiving). On the following Tuesdays, we will offer evening public tours at 7pm (doors open at 6:45): November 18 and December 16. In October, the Canadian Light Source Inc. will celebrate National Science and Technology Week by providing public tours every day from October 20 – 24 at 5pm in addition to our regular tours for the public in the afternoon. We will also offer a Saturday afternoon tour on October 25 at 3pm. Doors open 15 minutes prior to the tour. Pre-registration is required for all events. Space is limited. Call 306-657-3644 or email. The Artists’ Workshop again offers Saskatoon art lovers its annual Show and Sale. Here you will find artwork in various mixed media, color palettes, size and subject matter to appeal to a wide variety of tastes.
